Market & Coffee Team
Baristas, cashiers, grocery associates, prep team members, and openers who bring energy and care to Eddy’s Market, Grab & Go. Our market team prepares handcrafted drinks, keeps our shelves thoughtfully stocked, and helps every guest start or continue their day feeling welcomed.
Founder
Kitchen & Culinary Team
Line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, chefs, and kitchen leaders who take pride in preparing fresh, approachable food with consistency and care. Our culinary team is at the heart of Eddy’s Kitchen, Sit & Stay.
Servers, bartenders, hosts, barbacks, food runners, and front-of-house leaders who bring warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality to Eddy’s Kitchen, Sit & Stay. Our team welcomes every guest, provides knowledgeable menu service, prepares thoughtful cocktails, beer, and wine, and creates a relaxed experience that makes people want to stay awhile.
